This Limited Warranty Policy (“Policy”) describes the warranty coverage, limitations, and procedures applicable to purchases made through IBPet (“IBPet,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing products from IBPet.com or any associated platforms, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
This Policy applies solely to products purchased directly from IBPet. It does not apply to items purchased from third-party marketplaces or resellers.
1. LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE
IBPet provides a limited warranty on eligible products solely against defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended, and lawful use.
This limited warranty:
- Applies only to the original purchaser
- Is non-transferable
- Covers only manufacturer-related defects
- Does NOT cover damage caused by customer misuse, neglect, improper use, or accidents
IBPet does not manufacture products.
Therefore, warranty coverage is strictly limited to:
- The original manufacturer’s warranty (if provided) OR
- IBPet’s internal limited warranty as defined in this Policy
IBPet may, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or issue a refund for defective items.
2. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS (IMPORTANT)
The following are NOT covered under this Limited Warranty:
- Damage caused by improper use, negligence, abuse, or pet destruction
- Wear and tear, including chewing, scratching, clawing, or biting
- Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions
- Improper installation, storage, or maintenance
- Allergic reactions
- Consumables, treats, food, supplements, grooming liquids
- Items advertised as “final sale,” “clearance,” or “non-returnable”
- Damage caused during shipping after successful delivery
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, weather, or outdoor use (unless specified)
- Loss or theft
IBPet is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of pet accessories, including:
- Collars
- Harnesses
- Leashes
- Toys
- Crates
- Grooming tools
- Electronic or automatic devices
No warranty applies to products intentionally or accidentally damaged by pets.
3. WARRANTY PERIOD
Unless otherwise stated on the product page:
- Eligible products include a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
- Some products may carry a different warranty period if provided by the manufacturer.
- IBPet’s liability never exceeds the original purchase price of the product.
4. WHAT IBPET WILL DO
If a product is deemed defective and qualifies under this Policy, IBPet may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the defective product
- Issue a refund
- Provide store credit
- Offer a partial refund
- Provide a replacement part if applicable
IBPet reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy.
5. WARRANTY CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
To submit a warranty claim, you must provide:
- Order number
- Full name and email associated with the order
- Clear, verifiable photos or videos of the defect
- A description of the issue and how the product was used
- Proof of defect (IBPet may request additional photos/videos)

Claims submitted without proper documentation may be denied.
6. EVALUATION & APPROVAL PROCESS
- IBPet reviews warranty claims within 5–10 business days.
- Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval.
- IBPet may deny claims that fall outside this Policy or cannot be verified.
- IBPet is not responsible for items damaged after use or due to improper handling.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- IBPet’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the defective product.
- IBPet is not liable for incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
- IBPet is not responsible for veterinary bills, pet injuries, behavioral issues, or damages caused by product misuse.
- IBPet does not warrant that any product is suitable for any specific pet or purpose.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have additional rights depending on your state.
8. NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES
IBPet expressly disclaims:
- Implied warranties of merchantability
- Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
- Any warranty not expressly stated in this Policy
Some states do not allow exclusion of implied warranties; in such cases, limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
9. MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
If a product includes a manufacturer warranty:
- That warranty applies in place of or in addition to this Policy
- IBPet may direct you to the manufacturer for warranty service
- IBPet is not responsible for manufacturer decisions or policies

IBPet may update or revise this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of IBPet’s Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
