IBPet does not use or disclose “sensitive personal information” (as defined under CPRA or similar statutes) for any purpose other than those strictly necessary for the operation of the Services or otherwise permitted under applicable law.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We may aggregate, de-identify, or otherwise anonymize Personal Information and use or disclose such information for any lawful business purpose.

IBPet may disclose Personal Information to the following categories of recipients, consistent with this Notice and applicable law:
A. Service Providers and Contractors
We disclose Personal Information to third-party service providers and contractors that perform services on our behalf, including:

You may update certain account information by logging into your IBPet account (if applicable) or by contacting us using the information provided in the Contact Us section of this Notice.
You may manage your marketing communication preferences by following the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions included in our marketing emails or messages. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you non-marketing communications, such as order confirmations, transactional notices, or changes to our terms and policies.

IBPet is headquartered in the United States, and the Services are operated from the United States. Accordingly, Personal Information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers are located.
By using the Services or providing Personal Information to IBPet, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction, and you consent to such transfers to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
11. CHILDREN
The Services are not directed to, and IBPet does not knowingly collect, sell, or share Personal Information from, children under the age of 13.
If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information from our records. If you believe we may have collected information from a child, please contact us using the information below.

IBPet is not responsible for the privacy, security, or data handling practices of third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit or services you use.
13. PUBLIC FORUMS, REVIEWS, AND USER CONTENT
Certain areas of the Services may allow you to post reviews, ratings, comments, or other user-generated content. Any information you choose to submit in these areas may be visible to other users or the public. You should not post Personal Information or sensitive data in publicly accessible areas of the Services.
IBPet is not responsible for the use or disclosure by others of any information you voluntarily submit in public forums or user content sections.
