You represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to use the payment method provided.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
IBPet accepts the following forms of payment:

- Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) when available
- IBPet-issued store credits
- Other payment methods displayed at checkout
We do not accept checks, money orders, COD payments, or unsupported digital currencies.

3. Payment Processing & Verification

To protect customers and IBPet from fraud:

IBPet is not obligated to honor incorrect prices displayed due to human error, technical malfunction, or third-party interference.
5. Pre-Authorization & Fund Holds
Certain payment methods may place a temporary authorization hold on funds for:
- The full order amount
- Additional security verification
- Shipping adjustments
- Carrier-calculated surcharges
These holds may appear as “pending transactions.”
Release timing is controlled by your bank, not IBPet.
IBPet is not responsible for overdraft fees, bank holds, or insufficient fund penalties.
6. Sales Tax & Regulatory Fees
All applicable taxes, regulatory fees, environmental fees, and state-mandated charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Shipping address
- Product category
- Federal, state, and local requirements
You agree to pay all taxes and fees imposed on your transaction.
IBPet does not accept tax-exempt orders without legally compliant documentation.
7. Order Cancellations
A. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
IBPet will attempt to honor cancellation requests only if the order has not begun processing or shipping.
Once an order enters fulfillment:

B. IBPet-Initiated Cancellations
IBPet may cancel orders for:

Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

- Legal action to recover costs, including collection fees
IBPet provides clear return, refund, and dispute procedures; therefore, misuse of chargeback rights is strictly prohibited.
